Our plans are completely customizable as well, in order to tailor to our clients specific property and needs. Our Services
At Gulf to Bay we offer a wide range of home watch services, including (but not limited to) performing a checklist of the exterior, interior, HVAC system and appliances, and much more. While there is a standard list of items to check on a property, every client has the option to customize a plan that covers all of their specific needs. Our team of professionals are trained, highly skilled, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Here at Gulf to Bay, we use the highest standard of reporting software to ensure total customer satisfaction. A checklist of your property is performed utilizing an integrated software system developed specifically for the Home Watch Industry. This software reporting system enables Gulf to Bay to develop a comprehensive template of items to be checked at your property and sent to the customer via email and/or text after each visit. Gulf to Bay Home Watch Services
Exterior Service Check
The entire property will be walked and visually inspected for any areas of concern. Including but not limited to : Damage from any trees or limbs, improper drainage, outdoor faucets leaking, proper landscape maintenance, ..etc.
Interior Service Check
Standard but not limited to: Checking the temperature and thermostats in the home, inspect and operate faucets and flush toilets, inspect all window and ceilings for leaks and stains, inspect and/or replace filters, pest infestations, lights and fans...etc.
Pool and Patio Services
Standard but limited to: Check for debris in pool and deck area, confirm all equipment is functioning properly, verify pool maintenance is being performed, ...etc.
Automobile and Boat Services
Optional services for items such as automobile and boats include: starting up prior to arrival and inspecting for any damages, as well as cleaning services requested, etc... ** Price TBD

At Gulf to Bay, the sky is the limit when it comes to developing a concierge package just for you. From stocking the fridge with all your favorite goodies before your arrival... to having the pool and patio area cleaned and ready for you to enjoy as soon as you get back to paradise!
